Welcome to Texas Homeowner Association News
The Texas Homeowner Association News is an interactive website where Texas homeowners can network and publish their articles and blogs, and simultaneously cross-publish submissions over all the American Homeowners Resource Center (AHRC) News Services networked websites. In addition, this site includes information of interest to local businesses, the judiciary, the legislature, and the media. The AHRC now has all 50 state affiliated web sites in operation. This site is about You, the homeowner, and about the largest investment of your lifetime, your home! Our purpose and ultimate goal is to be the website that Texans, who are members of a Homeowners Association or any Common Interest Development, or who are considering buying a home in any type of Common Interest Development (CID), can be empowered with the most current knowledge to deal with the plus and minus factors of such a membership.
This site will attempt to address the specifics regarding Texas HOA’s. Each separate HOA, however, can operate differently according to the specific goals of the builder or the developer who initiated your beginning POA/HOA. There are state regulations that govern all CIDs. This site will attempt to keep homeowners up to date on all proposed legislation effecting homeowners, and especially legislation regulating HOAs/POAs.
To take advantage of all that is available in your empowerment process, logging in and signing up on this site is of great importance.
You will find yourself referring to this site often in your quest for knowledge, and you will discover many tools that are available for sharing your individual stories and experiences.
There are no costs, no membership fees, and no lists that your name is sold to, and the benefits are all yours in your journey as a member of a Texas HOA.
